Recruitment Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for student recruitment, developing partnerships with education agents, providing course consultation, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit local and international students for EIC's academic programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, schools, and business partners.
• Conduct course consultations and provide accurate information on programs, admissions requirements, and student services.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
• Participate in education fairs, marketing events, school visits, and recruitment activities.
• Develop new recruitment channels and business opportunities.
• Assist students throughout the enrollment process, including application and documentation support.
• Maintain accurate student records and recruitment reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute recruitment campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, student recruitment, education consulting, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking students and parents.
• Experience in the education industry will be an advantage.
