The Opportunity We are looking for a Consultant / Associate Consultant to support business growth and deliver high-quality search mandates across Singapore and the broader APAC region. This role combines business development, candidate engagement, and search execution. You will work closely with leadership teams to build client relationships, identify talent, and contribute to successful search assignments

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the Pioneer batch of this start up and shape it for the future generations of recruiters.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, team culture, and business goals
• Source and engage candidates through digital platforms, referrals, and events
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit across multiple dimensions
• Present candidate shortlists with clear rationale and market insights
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or professional services.
• Strong interest in recruitment, executive search, and talent advisory services.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and identify business opportunities. Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. International exposure is highly valued;
• Candidates with previous experience living, studying, or working in Singapore will have a distinct advantage.
