AI Solutions Engineer (Enterprise Clients - HK & SG)

About theRole

We’relooking for an AI Solutions Engineer (Forward Deployed) to join a fast-growingteam building and deploying AI-powered systems for enterprise clients. This isa hands-on role where you’ll work directly with customers to understand theirchallenges, design intelligent solutions, and deliver production-ready AIagents that create measurable business impact.

You’ll operate at the intersection ofengineering, product, and customer success, owning projects end-to-end:discovery → design → build → deploy → optimize.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with enterprise clients toidentify business challenges and desired outcomes.
• Architect and implement AI-poweredsolutions that integrate with customer platforms.
• Deploy, monitor, and continuouslyimprove production AI systems.
• Validate solutions using real-worlddata and iterate for measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Product &Engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Build reusable frameworks, tools,and documentation to accelerate future projects.

Qualifications& Experience:

• Strong foundation in softwareengineering, system architecture, and technical design.
• Hands-on experience with APIs,integrations, and data ecosystems.
• Proven ability to deploy and operateproduction systems in live environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies(agents, workflow automation, conversational AI).
• Excellent communication skills withboth technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative,and ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts.
