Senior Executive (Branding, Outreach & Student Engagement/School)

• Location: Pioneer
• Work Timing: 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.15pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $4,900 per month
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Support branding, outreach and student engagement initiatives to raise awareness of the university’s programmes and industry opportunities.
• Develop outreach initiatives and engagement activities for university students, as well as prospective students from Polytechnics and Junior Colleges.
• Support the launch and promotion of digital application initiatives through targeted communications and engaging content.
• Conceptualise and execute branding campaigns and student engagement activities.
• Develop engaging content, presentations, publicity materials and digital content for outreach and engagement purposes.
• Map the student journey and identify opportunities to engage students across key stages, from programme selection through internship and graduation.
• Plan and coordinate student touchpoints, activities and engagement initiatives throughout the academic year.
• Coordinate with students, alumni, faculty, industry partners, internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop content and deliver initiatives.
• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of branding, outreach and student engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate procurement, quotations, vendors, budgets and timelines for outreach materials, merchandise and event requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc support for other university programmes and initiatives based on operational needs and priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in branding, outreach, student engagement, events or programme management would be a plus.
• Familiarity with social media, digital content and basic design tools would be an advantage.
