CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Overseeand coordinate the day-to-day operations of companyactivities. This includessupervising subcontractors, ensuring work progressaccording to schedule,compliance with safety and quality standards, andassisting with sitemanagement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor site progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
• Enforce workplace safety and health practices in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to technical specifications and drawings.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, site briefings, and daily inspections.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
• Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, site diaries, and attendance records.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials and proper storage on-site.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site conflicts.
