Hotel & Serviced Apartment Operations

JJH Group is looking for a motivated Admin & Leasing Executive to join our hotel and serviced-apartment operations team.

Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply.

Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

✔️ Support the daily operations of our hotel and serviced apartments

✔️ Handle guest and tenant enquiries, bookings and property viewings

✔️ Prepare accommodation and lease agreements

✔️ Assist with rental negotiations, check-ins and check-outs

✔️ Maintain good relationships with guests, tenants and property owners

✔️ Coordinate maintenance work with contractors and service providers

✔️ Assist with marketing activities to improve room occupancy

✔️ Create and manage social-media content to promote our properties

✔️ Handle general administrative and operational duties

Requirements

✅ Experience in hotel operations, serviced apartments, property management, leasing or real estate is preferred but not compulsory

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Able to multitask and work independently

✅ Familiar with social-media marketing and content creation

✅ Customer-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude

✅ Responsible, organised and willing to learn

Job Details

📍 Location: JJH Group, 2A Wolskel Road, Singapore 357958

💰 Salary: $1,800–$3,000 per month, depending on experience

⏰ Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

💼 Position: Full-time
