Vice Chairman

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s strategic direction and corporate governance
• Provide guidance to senior management on business operations, financial performance, and organizational development
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, clients, and regulatory bodies
• Support expansion initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and regional business development activities
• Participate in Board meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Review operational performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and industry events where required
• Mentor and support leadership teams across various business functions

• Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
• Experience in corporate governance and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex business operations across multiple regions
