Logistics Coordinator - (5.5days) - LL

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized Coordinator to act as the central hub between our customers, logistics partners, and internal teams. In this role, you will drive the daily flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring our warehouse and distribution operations run smoothly, safely, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Process shipping, import, and export documentation in alignment with standard operating procedures, and handle order invoicing upon shipment completion.

• Track and trace shipments to guarantee timely customs clearance and final delivery.

• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all inbound and outbound logistics activities.

• Partner with warehouse supervisors to coordinate daily floor operations and maintain strict inventory accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance) and external partners (freight forwarders, carriers) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Support ad-hoc operational duties as required.
