Senior Executive, Research Programme Administration

Location: Pioneer
Contract: 3 months
Salary: Up to $4000

• Oversee the administration and coordination of postgraduate research programmes, including admissions, examinations, thesis matters, student progression and related academic processes.
• Support the planning and execution of postgraduate activities, events, outreach initiatives and student development programmes.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to relevant committees and academic leadership.
• Develop and maintain student-facing materials, guidelines, policies, forms and standard communications.
• Maintain accurate graduate student records and systems, and support data collation, reporting and statistics.
• Liaise with students, faculty and internal stakeholders to address enquiries and ensure timely delivery of programmes and processes.
• Provide operational and ad-hoc support for Research and Graduate Studies initiatives as required.

Requirement:

• Degree in any discipline
