WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

The Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations. The role involves managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, coordinating with drivers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery arrangements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Monitor stock movement and update warehouse records, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams on delivery schedules and operational requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and arrangement of goods within the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse assistants, drivers, and general workers when required.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Assist in resolving delivery issues, stock discrepancies, and operational problems.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, warehouse activities, and delivery status.
- Support management in improving warehouse workflow, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
- Good knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Able to handle documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and stock records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic warehouse management systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to supervise workers and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures will be an advantage.
- Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
