Admin Executive

Contract: 6 -12 months contract
Location: Central / West / East
Working hour: 830am-6pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary: $2760 per month

• Process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and documentation management.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in transmitting necessary information.
• Maintain and update records, spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Comfortable with contract position
• Familiar with MS Office (Word and Excel)
