The organisation provides a broad range of fund management services and operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment with exposure to fund operations, portfolio monitoring, investor reporting and regulatory coordination.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join the growing team in Singapore. Working closely with the Head of Finance and the Partners, you will support fund operations, portfolio company coverage, investor relations, compliance administration and the management of third-party service providers. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of operational workflows, improve reporting processes and contribute to initiatives that reduce operational risk.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Portfolio Company Workstreams
- Prepare concise research reports and present insights to the larger team
- Ad-hoc research projects & slides, as assigned
- Building & maintaining portfolio company dashboards
- Monitor updates from portfolio companies and escalate if needed
- Track global VC/PE market developments and sector trends
- Deep dive into competitive landscapes and regulatory changes across geographies
Fund Operations & Reporting
- Fund monitoring & reporting – performance decks, portfolio updates, fund-level metrics (IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI)
- Fund working-level accounting & administration
- End-to-end audit management
- Coordination of reporting with our KR & US affiliates
- Regulatory filings / KYC support
- Data room management during diligence
Team Coordination
- Maintaining task tracking across active workstreams
- Event-related support & coordination
- Scheduling and coordinating team meetings
- Vendor management (fund admin, auditors, legal counsel, corp sec)
Requirements
- Candidates with no formal working experience are welcome to apply, with preferably 1 year or more relevant internship experience.
- Singaporeans Only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Available for a full-time onsite role in our Singapore Office
- Understanding of cash flows and accounting within the fund management space
- Understanding and calculations of metrics typically associated with fund performance
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts
Advantageous
- Strong accounting / fund administration background
- Experience in managing audit processes
- Knowledge of venture capital, private equity and fund management will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is crucial
Salary will commensurate for those with relevant experience and in accordance to your interview performance.
