Accounts Assistant (AP)

Basic information:

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

• Location: Woodlands
  

Job scope:

• Manage the full Accounts Payable function for entities across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
• Process weekly payment runs in accordance with internal controls, approval policies, and authorization requirements.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and employee expense claims / reimbursements and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
• Conduct weekly bank reconciliations and support month-end closing process.
• Assist with the preparation and monitoring of weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
