Job Description:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and learning activities based on the centre’s curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s holistic development.
• Facilitate activities that promote children’s cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional development.
• Observe and document children’s learning progress and developmental milestones.
• Maintain effective classroom management and ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and well-being.
• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s development and progress.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and colleagues to plan and implement centre programmes and activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, school events, and other duties assigned by the Centre Principal or Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in AOP.
