BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to expand our B2B client base and drive revenue growth for our chartered bus services. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, pitching tailored transport solutions to corporate clients, schools, and event organizers, and securing long-term service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and aggressively prospect new business opportunities within the corporate, educational, and tourism sectors requiring chartered transport or daily employee shuttles.

• Prepare, submit, and manage comprehensive tender documents and service proposals for large-scale transportation contracts.

• Negotiate pricing structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and contract terms to ensure competitive positioning while maintaining company profit margins.

• Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients to encourage contract renewals and recurring bookings.

• Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the Singapore transport sector.

• Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into executable transport schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within the passenger transport, logistics, or tourism industry.

• Strong network of corporate contacts or experience bidding for government and school transport tenders is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
