Business Analyst (Ai & Gen Ai)

Our client is a leading organisation looking for a Business Analyst to support the identification and implementation of AI and GenAI solutions that improve business processes and outcomes. The role will work closely with business, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions and support end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess AI/GenAI use cases with business stakeholders and evaluate their feasibility and potential impact.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to scope, pilot, and implement AI/GenAI solutions.
• Support project planning, delivery, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Monitor AI solution performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support responsible AI adoption, including governance, risk, explainability, and auditability.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, AI/GenAI, data analytics, digital transformation, or technology project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including LLMs and AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
