Customer Relationship Executive

Primary responsibilities:

• Assists with sales administration

Specific responsibilities:

• Attend to clients’ enquiries

• Provide quotation to clients

• P.O. follow-up and update Job System through BOSS

• D.O. issuance

• Promote and sell service

• Maintain clients’ database

• Recall equipment from clients

• Schedule equipment collection and delivery

• Schedule site calibration

• Assist with subcontract services

• Draw prospect list and forward it to Sales to follow up on leads

• Strictly comply to SOP, Safety and Quality procedures.

• Promote company image & integrity and laboratory capability to clients

• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management

• Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Statement of Integrity

Requirements:

• Diploma in business/service/sales functions or related field.

• 1-3 years experience in the business/sales activities or related field.

• Well-versed in office skill tools.

• Must be a team player with a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to interact well with peers, management and clients.

• Ensure information are correct between system and equipment.

• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Acts quickly and responsively

• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and local language

• Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS Standards of Ethics & Integrity
