Games Executive

Job Scope:

• Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of National School Games.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders (Organising Committees, Sports Associations, Venues, Officials).
• Results management and manage competition schedule.
• Provide logistical and administrative support.
• Assist in procurement and payment matters.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Sports Management, Sports Science, or related field will be advantageous
• At least 1 year of workingexperience in sports event management or equivalent.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft application and well versed in using MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Abilityto multi-tasking

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8am – 5:30pm/8:30pm – 6pm/ 9am – 6:30pm

Contract Period: 19 December 2026 – 18 December 2027

Salary: $2600-$2700/month (based on experience and qualifications)
