Data & Analytics Project Manager | Lead Digital Transformation & AI Initiatives #HDC1

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for data, analytics, and technology? Take the lead in delivering impactful data-driven initiatives that transform business needs into practical solutions and meaningful outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to work across data, Business Intelligence (BI), analytics, and AI projects, partnering with business and technology teams to drive successful implementation from planning through post-launch adoption.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Lead end-to-end data and analytics projects from requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, and implementation through to post-launch monitoring.
• Define project scope, objectives, success measures, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure projects remain on track.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and Gantt charts while monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and project progress.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for data, IT, analytics, and technology teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, data, IT, and data governance functions to ensure effective collaboration and smooth project delivery.
• Work closely with analysts and project teams to prepare updates, track progress, resolve issues, and support adoption following implementation.
• Manage external vendors, including deliverables, timelines, contracts, and performance.
• Support the delivery of data, BI, analytics, and AI initiatives that enable informed decision-making and business improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience managing data, analytics, BI, or technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and personally identifiable information.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
