Biotechnologist | Drive cGMP Manufacturing & Process Excellence #HDC1

Looking to build your expertise in biotechnology manufacturing and contribute to high-quality production in a regulated environment?

We are seeking a Biotechnologist to support day-to-day cGMP manufacturing operations, operate critical production systems, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to cleanroom operations, manufacturing technologies, validation activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute routine and non-routine manufacturing activities in accordance with approved SOPs, batch records, and electronic documentation systems.
• Perform cleanroom production activities including equipment preparation, cleaning, sterilisation, filtration, and material handling.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) while maintaining GMP compliance.
• Conduct sampling, process monitoring, laboratory checks, and accurate recording of production data.
• Support troubleshooting, investigations, deviation management, and corrective and preventive actions to maintain smooth manufacturing operations.
• Participate in process transfers, validation activities, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and electronic documentation in line with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Contribute to workplace safety, quality, housekeeping, and audit-readiness activities within the manufacturing facility.
• Share technical knowledge and provide on-the-job support to team members where required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with cGMP practices, cleanroom operations, manufacturing systems, and production equipment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to support rotating shifts and operational requirements.
• Able to comply with cleanroom gowning procedures, safety requirements, and established manufacturing practices.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
