Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fire sprinkler installation works on construction sites.
• Read and interpret sprinkler drawings, shop drawings and specifications.
• Monitor installation quality, work progress and workers' productivity.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other trades.
• Conduct site inspections and arrange testing, inspection and commissioning of sprinkler systems.
• Prepare daily reports, inspection records, testing records, site documentation and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate rectification works and resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and site safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist Project Manager / Engineer with project coordination and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in fire sprinkler / fire protection works.
• Good knowledge of fire sprinkler installation and systems.
• Able to read sprinkler drawings and supervise installation independently.
• BCSS certification is required.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
