Building Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Direct daily structural, civil, and architectural site activities.
• Team Coordination: Lead and schedule general laborers and structural subcontractors.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and execute architectural blueprints, structural designs, and civil drawings.
• Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specs.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor daily structural milestones and report delays directly to the Project Manager.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing strict site safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Material Management: Order, inspect, and track structural materials and equipment deliveries on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar role.
• Technical Skills: Not limited to strong knowledge of concrete works, structural framing, and finishing works.
