Part-Time Preschool Learning Environment Specialist (Project-Based)

We are looking for a creative and experienced specialist to support the planning and setup of engaging learning corners within our preschool.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the existing classroom spaces and learning corners.

• Design purposeful, age-appropriate learning areas for preschool children.

• Recommend suitable materials, resources and display ideas.

• Assist with the hands-on setup and organisation of the learning corners.

• Ensure that each area is attractive, accessible and supports children’s independent exploration.

• Guide teachers on maintaining and refreshing the learning corners.

• Work closely with the school team to align the environment with our curriculum and learning themes.

Requirements

• Relevant preschool teaching, curriculum, learning-environment design or classroom setup experience.

• Good understanding of early childhood development and how young children learn through play.

• Creative, resourceful and able to maximise existing materials and spaces.

• Able to work independently and complete the project within an agreed timeline.

• Experience setting up preschool classrooms or learning corners is strongly preferred.

• A portfolio or photographs of previous work would be an advantage.

Work Arrangement

• Part-time, project-based engagement

• Working schedule and project duration to be discussed

• Project fee is negotiable based on experience and scope of work
