Preschool Curriculum Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Design, develop and implement school-wide and age-appropriate preschool curriculum and learning environment
• Develop and provide training courses for teaching staff for curriculum implementation
• Monitor the curriculum implementation process and exercise control quality at all the centres according to the school curriculum guidelines
• Understand the training needs of staff at different levels, and arrange staff to attend appropriate internal or external training programmes for their upgrade
• Liaise and communicate with ECDA/MOE on curriculum issues, and participate in industry meetings and forums to continuously improve schools curriculum

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, and preferably with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE - Teaching or Leadership)
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in curriculum planning, development, and training in early childhood
• High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage and lead a team
