[Expression of Interest] Sales Manager (Regional) – Animal Nutrition

Recruit123 is helping our clients to source for Sales Managers (Animal Nutrition) for upcoming and ongoing opportunities within Singapore's animal health, agri-feed, and nutrition sector. This is an Expression of Interest listing — we are building a pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of confirmed openings with our clients.

Our clients are companies operating in the animal nutrition/animal feed additives space, seeking experienced Sales Managers to drive business growth across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for animal nutrition products (feed additives, premix, specialty nutrition solutions) within Singapore and/or regional markets
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including feed mills, farms, distributors, and integrators
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the animal nutrition/animal health sector
• Provide technical product knowledge and solutions-based selling to customers, working closely with technical/R&D teams
• Achieve sales targets and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales and product strategy
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Collaborate with marketing, technical service, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and manage a sales pipeline across assigned territories (Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, depending on client scope)

Requirements:

• Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field (business/sales background with relevant industry experience also considered)
• Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within the animal nutrition, animal feed, agribusiness, or animal health sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Strong technical understanding of animal nutrition products and their application (poultry, swine, aquaculture, or ruminant segments, depending on client focus)
• Experience managing regional accounts/territories across Southeast Asia an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits, farm/feedmill site visits, and industry events
• Self-driven with strong business acumen and ability to work independently

• Salary: SGD 6,500 – 9,500/month base, commensurate with experience (plus sales incentive/commission structure)
