Recruit123 is helping our clients to hire Production Operators for multiple openings across Singapore.

We are currently sourcing for Production Operators on behalf of various manufacturing clients across different industries (electronics, precision engineering, F&B, chemical, and general manufacturing). Multiple locations available island-wide — East, West, North

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery/equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform routine quality checks on materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors/technicians
• Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Handle material loading/unloading, packing, and labelling as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines
• Complete production records, checklists, and shift handover reports accurately
• Support inventory checks and stock replenishment on the production line
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A level, NITEC, or equivalent (candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred; on-the-job training provided for suitable candidates
• Willing to work rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and public holidays where applicable
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work
• Team player with good attendance and safety consciousness

• Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,800/month (commensurate with experience and shift allowances)
