Production Operator

Working Location: West - Gul Way

Job Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing production machines according to SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform basic machine setup, tooling changes, daily checks, cleaning and simple maintenance.
• Handle production materials and monitor the manufacturing process.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting, such as clearing jams and adjusting simple machine settings.
• Inspect finished/packed cells to ensure correct quality and quantity.
• Record production output, downtime and quality data accurately.
• Report machine issues, defects, deviations and safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
• Follow all safety requirements and wear the required PPE.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment, including shift work and overtime when required.

Requirements

• Basic machine operation and simple troubleshooting.
• Understand safety rules, especially Line of Fire hazards.
• Able to follow SOPs, do quality checks, and maintain 5S.
• Experience in fast-paced production lines.
• Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Preferably 1–2 years machine operator experience.
