Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse (Hospital)

• Based in a Hospital
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards, hospital policies, and nursing protocols.
• Administer medications, intravenous therapy, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients' clinical conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment, escalating concerns promptly to the medical team.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical emergencies while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Perform nursing procedures such as specimen collection, catheterization, nasogastric tube insertion, and other clinical interventions within scope of practice.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
