*This is a one-year fixed-term contract position.
The Regional Supply Planner oversees supply chain operations across the APIC markets, ensuring product availability, efficient capacity management, and smooth supply chain operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams, the incumbent assists in supply planning, inventory monitoring, performance reporting, and coordination of supply-related activities to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning Operation:
- Responsible for monthly supply planning operation including macro allocation, swing planning, etc
- Assure high product availability for maximizing sales and revenue in BSAP market
- Analyze N+7 Forecast for Import and Export Products and give adequate input into production planning, recognize PO trends and highlight risk and opportunities
- Closely collaborate with GSCM team and other SBUs to improve product availability and drive cost optimization in operations (incl. root cause for order cuts, shipment schedules)
- Collaborate with group companies to manage inventory planning and optimize costs, mitigating risks such as supply shortages or low-volume product availability.
- Assist in preparing data and analysis to support capacity planning initiatives, including mold investments and other planning requirements.
- Support the preparation of rolling forecast of supply planning across all sources and coordinate information with relevant stakeholders.
Performance Management:
- Report KPIs (monthly scorecard with order confirmation, production delay, Inventory levels), escalate and prepare improvement plan when KPIs are not on target
- Participate in monthly calls with BSJ and other SBUs to represent BSCAP and drive actions for improvements
- Actively look for avoidance and /or reduction of SMDS/ OE SK
- Ensure compliance with all operations (trade compliance, regulatory, legal, internal/external audits)
- Complete any other task/project assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
· Minimum 4 years Logistics and/ or Supply Chain planning experience
· Good understanding of Production Planning and factory operation.
· Prior experience or exposure within the Asia Pacific region is highly advantageous.
· Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of WMS/Planning/ERP software (SAP, JDA, etc).
· Strategic thinking, customer oriented and able to relate with people at all levels.
· Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in daily operation.
· Ability to collaborate and effectively work in teams. Ability to work with people from different cultures.
· Ability to build relationships across the organization and all geographic regions
· Serves as a change agent to drive continuous improvement
· Ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities and solve problems independently
· Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken; any other language is a plus.
