Op Admin Coordinator (North / 5 days / Building Materials Firm) [EL]

• Provide support in the daily operations administration.
• Handle order processing tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and record updates in the system.
• Assist in the scheduling and planning of measurement and installation works, aligning with established procedures and customer needs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to manage the daily deployment of trucks and drivers.
• Support vehicle scheduling and related coordination efforts.
• Prepare drawings, utilizing CAD software when needed.
• Facilitate communication between departments and sub-contractors to ensure proper order fulfillment, documentation, and billing.
• Compile and prepare comprehensive documentation, including cost details, for further departmental processing.
• Conduct verification of sub-contractor billings to ensure accuracy.
• Manage office administrative tasks, including filing and scanning.
• Complete additional assigned duties as required.
