Job Summary

You will develop innovative interior and architectural designs, producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings to support production. Collaborate effectively with team members to communicate design concepts and ensure accurate execution.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize interior and architectural designs to meet project requirements
• Plan creative layouts that optimize space functionality and aesthetics
• Produce creative accurate and detailed 2D drawings ready for production use
• Apply 3D modeling skills using SketchUp to visualize design concepts
• Use Sketchup and AutoCAD drafting software to develop and refine design plans
• Communicate design ideas clearly to co-workers to facilitate smooth production processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior or Architecture Design
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in interior or architectural design
• Skilled in 3D Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD drafting software

Other Information

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $4,800.00 and above per month depending on experience and value add
