Event Executive

Period: 5 months
Salary: $3000- $3400
Location: Fusionopolis
Working hour: Mon-Fri 830am - 6pm

• Responsible for event planning, organization and logistical arrangements, including preparation, venue setup, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
• Responsible for consortium’s marketing activities such as event promotion, managing participant communications, preparing event materials (EDM, Banners etc.)
• Support consortium’s publicity efforts, develop and manage content for website and social media channels etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties to support the consortium initiatives.
