UAT Administrative Officer [School/West]

• Location: Pioneer
• Work Timing: Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
• Duration: Oct 2026 to Jan 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for online systems and applications.
• Identify, document and track system bugs, errors and usability issues.
• Perform follow-up testing to verify system fixes and enhancements.
• Liaise with users and IT teams on testing, issue resolution and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate testing records and update user guides and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support and assist with other related or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least 'A' Levels or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
