Temp Admin [Public Sector]

• Location: Novena
• Work Timing: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: $ 2,760 per month
• Duration: 8 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle queries related to striking-off, disqualification, appeals, dissolution and restoration matters via email and internal systems.
• Liaise with internal teams to retrieve relevant notices and supporting documents when required.
• Monitor and track daily mailbox and case volumes, and support improvements to the mailbox system.
• Prepare daily notifications, letters and other documents relating to the striking-off process.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of invalid address letters and daily letter counts.
• Conduct background checks and prepare supporting documents for administrative restoration and related applications.
• Prepare and process letters relating to disqualification, appeals and striking-off matters.
• Support administrative tasks arising from the implementation of new automated processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience.
