*NEW* Senior/ Executive (Operations/ Healthcare) #HLE

Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate the deployment of officers across different wards and work patterns
• Work closely with ward supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient ward operations
• Ensure sufficient stocks and supplies are available for smooth daily operations
• Oversee officers to ensure patients’ nutrition and dietary requirements are properly met
• Provide guidance and support to officers while ensuring operational requirements are followed
• Work closely with the team and build strong working relationships with staff across different levels
• Lead and support quality improvement initiatives
• Take directions and guidance from the Manager and implement operational requirements effectively
• Handle other ad hoc duties and operational matters as required

Job Requirements:

• Possess a min Degree in related studies.
• Takes initiative and be able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong operations and people-management skills
• Excellent service mindset with strong attention to detail
