Accounts Executive #ESS

Invoice and receipt processing: Transmit invoices (IMS) and daily freight/non‑freight receipts (RAS) promptly, ensuring accurate accounting codes and compliance with accounting standards.

Payments and vendor management: Prepare bi‑weekly online payments, GIRO proposals and ad‑hoc payments to vendors; code and process vendor invoices and staff claims accurately and on time.

Reporting and analysis: Produce weekly Statements of Account, monthly proforma revenue comparisons, exchange rate/expense reports, and quarterly balance sheet schedules; support budget preparation and revisions.

Accounting operations and controls: Handle fixed asset accounting (capitalisation, transfers, disposals, depreciation), salary‑related and FRS journals, month‑end closing, bank reconciliations, and assist in internal control audits.

Documentation and compliance: Ensure proper e‑filing and sequential document retention, and perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
