Learning Management System (LMS) Executive @ Buona Vista

Job Scope:

• Support the migration of learning programmes and content development on the Learning Management System (LEARN).
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of learning content to ensure accuracy and functionality before publication.
• Assist in troubleshooting LMS and content-related issues, and work with the technical team to resolve system or content defects where required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions.
• Support the planning and logistical preparation for learning enablement workshops.
• Assist in the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops.
• Perform any other duties(day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations) assigned to support the team

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in LMS administration, learning operations, or content management.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning content, and basic content testing/QA.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital learning tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable supporting and facilitating workshops.

Contract Period: 6 months (from Oct)
Mondays to Fridays office hours
