Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the one-stop Healthier SG booth and assist patients/residents with Healthier SG enrolment and related enquiries.
• Engage patients and residents through one-to-one conversations and small group sharing at hospitals, designated booths and community outreach settings.
• Explain the benefits of Healthier SG and encourage eligible individuals to enrol.
• Guide participants on their first Health Plan review, preventive health recommendations and annual follow-ups.
• Attend to Healthier SG-related enquiries from patients and caregivers.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps and system applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
