We are hiring Contract Clinic Assistants to support daily operations across primary healthcare clinics.

Job Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
• Assist with medication dispensing, billing and insurance claims
• Provide frontline customer service and attend to patient enquiries
• Support basic clinical duties, including swab tests when required
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent
• Prior clinic, healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including evening shifts
• Comfortable travelling between clinics within the assigned region
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
