Project Officer - Finance and Operations | 12-Month Contract

We are hiring a Project Officer to support the Office in managing refund operations and wider administrative and ground activities.

You will review and process refund requests, maintain accurate records, support payment reconciliation, and work with stakeholders to resolve refund-related queries. You will also assist with airport duties during the pre-departure briefings, onboarding exercises, meetings, and events.

This role is suitable for candidates with a background in Accounting, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related discipline. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, handling financial information accurately, and working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in refund processing and payment reconciliation.

• Strong financial literacy and understanding of accounting principles.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable supporting events and operational deployments.

• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
