WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team.

📍 Position: Accounts Assistant

💰 Salary: S$2,000 – S$3000 per month

🗓 Working Days: Monday – Friday

🏖️ Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

💼 Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Handle basic day-to-day accounting work

•⁠ ⁠Record sales and purchase transactions

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and check invoices, receipts and payment documents

•⁠ ⁠Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

•⁠ ⁠Perform basic bank reconciliation

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and organise accounting records

•⁠ ⁠Filing of invoices, receipts and other company documents

•⁠ ⁠Prepare documents and information required for GST submission

•⁠ ⁠Assist with quarterly GST filing/submission

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper documentation for IRAS and audit purposes

•⁠ ⁠Assist with general office administration when required

•⁠ ⁠Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Singapore accounting and GST

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with Microsoft Excel

•⁠ ⁠Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or similar is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Good attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Responsible and organised

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently

•⁠ ⁠Good English communication skills

Fresh graduates with relevant accounting qualifications may also be considered.
