About the Role

Asia Micro Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Procurement Manager specialising in consumer electronics and technology products.

The ideal candidate will have an established network and proven experience sourcing electronics directly from international brands, authorised distributors, major corporate channels and large-scale suppliers in Singapore and overseas.

This is a hands-on procurement role where you will be responsible for finding competitive sources, negotiating pricing and securing reliable supply for our international trading and distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage global procurement strategies for consumer electronics.

•⁠ ⁠Source products from Singapore and international markets.

•⁠ ⁠Build direct relationships with global brands, authorised distributors, corporate suppliers and major wholesalers.

•⁠ ⁠Identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities across Asia, Europe, Middle East and other global markets.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, rebates, credit terms and supply commitments.

•⁠ ⁠Secure competitive pricing and availability for high-volume purchases.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor market pricing, product launches, promotions and supply availability.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a strong international supplier network.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct supplier evaluation, due diligence and commercial negotiations.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with sales, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Travel internationally from time to time for supplier meetings, exhibitions, trade shows and business development.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier performance reports.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠5+ years of procurement / sourcing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, IT hardware, mobile phones or technology distribution.

•⁠ ⁠Strong existing supplier network is highly preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience purchasing directly from brands, authorised distributors and major corporate channels.

•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and commercial skills.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with international procurement and cross-border trading.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of import/export, Incoterms and international logistics.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of electronics pricing and international markets.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and identify new procurement opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Willing to travel internationally when required.
