HR cum Admin assistant(Part Time/WFH)-Construction

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full Work Pass lifecycle: application, issuance, cancellation, and renewal
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of foreign workers
• Monitor Work Pass quota allocations and availability regularly
• Lead employee onboarding and ensure complete documentation
• Prepare Letters of Offer and formal Employment Contracts
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding procedures (including security bonds and statutory paperwork)
• Arrange and coordinate mandatory training courses (e.g. CSOC, BCSS)
• Maintain records of worker certifications and track expiry dates for renewals
• Process monthly payroll using Infotech HR/payroll system
• Administer leave applications, tracking, and overall leave management
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
• Working Hours Can Negotiate Accordingly.
• Must be Singaporean or PR.
