About the Role
We are a growing Luxury watch retail business dealing in quality timepieces. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to support our day-to-day operations — from processing incoming watches and fulfilment, to helping our online presence and meeting clients in person. This is a varied role that blends operations, e-commerce, and sales, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different tasks and has a genuine interest in watches and the luxury industry.
Open to interns and junior level executives. We are a small company starting up, and if you feel that your skillset brings something to the team we are more than happy to discuss seperate roles for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing — prepare and issue accurate sales invoices and related documentation
- Order fulfilment — create shipping labels and pack packages securely for dispatch
- Watch processing — receive, inspect, and document newly acquired watches
- E-commerce listing — cross-post watches across our website and Shopify, keeping listings accurate and up to date
- Content creation — draft blog and content pieces to support marketing and SEO
- Logistics — deliver watches to service partners as needed
- Client sales — assist in meeting clients on weekdays and weekends, and handle in-person sale of watches
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome — prior experience in retail, operations, or admin is a plus
- Interest in watches / the luxury industry is a strong advantage
- Meticulous, organised, and comfortable handling high-value items with care
- Good written communication (for invoicing, documentation, and blog content)
- Comfortable with basic computer tools and online platforms (e.g. Shopify, website admin)
- Able to work Saturdays; day off on Sundays plus one weekday
- Customer-facing confidence and a positive, willing-to-learn attitude
