Teacher Aide

📍Location: North-East area (Nearest MRT: Sengkang)

📅Contract Period: 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2027

⏰Working Hours:

• Monday to Fridays: 7.30AM to 4.30PM
• Working hours may be adjusted according to school's needs

Job scope:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and school activities
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and event documentation
• Prepare event materials, resources, schedules, and administrative documentation
• Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery
• Assist teachers in preparing learning materials, classroom displays, and interactive teaching aids
• Provide administrative support for various school programmes and functions
• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and resource tracking for classrooms and events
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• At least 2 years of experience in administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiative
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
