Audience Engagement Manager | 6-month Maternity Cover

📍Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Bugis)

📅Contract Duration: 6 months

⏰Working Hours:

• Monday to Fridays: 9.00AM to 6.30PM

Job scope:

• Design, develop, and deliver educational and outreach programmes
• Lead and manage stakeholders in the co-development of programmes, resources and outreach
• Manage end-to-end programme operations, including planning, scheduling, staffing, logistics, delivery, evaluation, and reporting
• Prepare proposals, project plans, reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders
• Oversee programme administration, marketing, budgeting, visitor management, documentation, venue coordination, and logistics
• Lead recruitment, training, deployment, and performance management of staff
• Drive programme evaluation and continuous improvement using feedback and data insights
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and partners supporting education and outreach initiatives
• Supervise onsite and offsite programmes, as well as interns, temporary, outsourced, and junior staff
• Collaborate across departments to align programme development, operations, marketing, and visitor experience objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education, Arts, or Social Sciences
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heritage-related projects and/or educational programme development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media marketing tools
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, when required
• Experience in museums, primary education, or early childhood curriculum delivery is an advantage
• Proficiency in an additional official language is an advantage
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
