Scaffold Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, direct, and control projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, specifications, and budget
• Prepare detailed progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients to communicate project status and milestones
• Oversee day-to-day field activities to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with project requirements
• Supervise subcontractors and subordinate staff to maintain quality standards and timely task execution
• Enforce orderly and safe work practices on-site to comply with safety regulations and minimize risks
• Execute delegated tasks promptly and accurately to support overall project objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction involving piping, mechanical, and/or structural steel works within petrochemical plants
