Admin Sales Support & Customer Service Executive

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500 per month (Depend on experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Job Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Data Entry

  • Issue Delivery Orders (D/O), Purchase Orders (P/O), and Invoices.

  • Enter and update daily sales and stock data accurately in the system.

  • Coordinate with warehouse operators and drivers to ensure orders are delivered on time.

• Customer Service & Inquiries

  • Answer incoming calls and messaging channels (e.g., WhatsApp) from wholesale customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding fruit pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.

  • Follow up on customer requests and resolve order or delivery issues politely and quickly.

• Sales Support & Admin

  • Support the company with stock balance checks and daily paperwork..

  • Perform general office administrative duties (filing, record keeping).

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in admin, customer service, or sales support roles preferred.

• Proficient in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel and Word).

• Good communication skills and polite phone etiquette.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
