💼 Job Scope:

• • Support the development and management of content for social media and digital channels targeting East Asia.
• • Plan, execute and monitor digital and social media marketing campaigns.
• • Work closely with regional teams and in-country representatives to maximise marketing efforts.
• • Develop infographics and digital content for various social media platforms.
• • Conduct keyword research and support SEO/SEM initiatives.
• • Analyse Google Analytics data and digital marketing performance.
• • Continuously improve website content, information architecture and navigation for East Asian audiences.
• • Prepare regular reports on the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing activities.
• • Research and share best practices in digital marketing, social media and search strategies.
• • Provide statistical analysis and insights on digital channel performance and user needs.
• • Support alumni digital presence and engagement initiatives.
• • Maintain the alumni database and support alumni-related marketing campaigns.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in digital campaign management, particularly across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Experience in international marketing or student recruitment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of China social media platform, such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin and RED.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools are advantageous.
