The Company

A well-established organization in the events and entertainment sector is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day finance operations, including daily sales reconciliation, cashbook updates, weekly/monthly and ad-hoc payment processing, and preparation of settlement reports. The role works closely with outlets to ensure accurate and timely sales reconciliation, maintains up-to-date financial systems, and prepares weekly and month-end cash balance reports.

The position also supports month-end closing within the timelines required for group consolidation, while ensuring all transactions have the appropriate approvals and authorizations.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in accounts payable within a high-volume, cross-border operational environment, with strong proficiency in Excel skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
